Scaling Capacity: Developing Residents and Educators Around Equity-Centered MTSS (SC-DREAM) Project is a federally funded Teacher Quality Partnership (TQP) grant from the US Department of Education, Office of Elementary and Secondary Education.

Our mission: To recruit, prepare, develop and retain effective and diverse educators to serve high-needs schools in South Carolina, with the ultimate goal of supporting the teaching and learning of all students.
